Shelburne, Ontario, Canada
Today was just a beautiful day for the annual "Open Air Festival" in Shelburne, Ontario. Lucky for everyone there it was the day before father's day and finding a gift for dad was real easy. The downtown streets where lined with cars, motorcycles, venders, and of course food.
All the local venders gathered onto the downtown streets in the beautiful sunshine and shared their handcrafted wares and favorite recipes. For the gardener and outdoors type, was a beautiful display of hand crafted metal works ideal for the garden. Whimsical crafts and furniture where also available for the perfect country setting.
This "Big Ass" eco-friendly bike was on display truly designed to prevent that from happening. This is the ultimate in custom green travel. The big attraction for me was the cars, custom vehicles, and motorcycles owned by the locals in the area. Beautiful custom and some originally restored vehicles lined the entire main streets of the downtown core. Below are photo's of a few of my favorites. The show attracted many people from the surrounding area and every year it gets bigger, I'm thinking next year I wont just attend but be a part of it...Happy Father Day and enjoy your day.
